1. Eligibility
Zenitide supplies research-grade synthetic peptides exclusively to qualified researchers, laboratory professionals, and institutional procurement contacts. By placing an order you confirm you meet these eligibility criteria and are purchasing for in-vitro investigational research purposes only.
2. Research use only
All compounds are supplied strictly for laboratory research. They are not licensed or intended for human consumption, veterinary use, clinical diagnosis, or therapeutic application. See our Research Use Only Policy for full terms.
3. Orders and pricing
Prices are listed in GBP and exclude VAT and shipping. We reserve the right to amend pricing, decline orders, or limit quantities at our discretion. An order constitutes an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.
4. Payment
Accepted methods are UK bank transfer (BACS). Goods are dispatched on cleared payment only.
5. Shipping and risk
UK addresses only. Risk transfers to the buyer on dispatch. Items are shipped in insulated packaging to an institutional address.

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenitide's liability for any loss arising from the supply or use of its products is limited to the purchase price of the goods. Zenitide is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any misuse contrary to these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
