We collect the following personal data:

Email address, when researchers subscribe to batch-release notifications via the newsletter form.
Name, institutional email address, and delivery address, when a quote request or order is submitted.

3. Lawful basis for processing

We process personal data on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:

Contract performance: to process and fulfil orders and quote requests.
Consent: to send batch-release notifications and research notes to newsletter subscribers. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@zenitide.co.uk.
Legal obligation: to retain order records for six years for tax and regulatory purposes.

To notify newsletter subscribers of new batch releases and stock updates.

We do not sell or share personal data with third-party marketers.

6. Cookies

We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics scripts. Session cookies are used only for authentication purposes.

7. Data retention

Order and account records are retained for six years in accordance with HMRC requirements. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until consent is withdrawn.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk. Submit requests to info@zenitide.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
